DRF Payment Installment Plan has changed!

The Michigan DRF law has changed regarding the installment payment plan.

• Installment agreements for any amount
• Payment arrangements allowed for up to 24 months
• Driver may obtain driving priviledges with an approved payment arrangement
• Driver may have suspension terminated, before payment is made in full
• Driver's reinstatement fee can be included in the installation agreement
